A popular question at the store is, “Do you have any good Oregon Pinot for less than $25?” The key word is good. There are many wines that fall into this catagory. The one way I seperate these wines are thinking about how much would I actually pay for bottle. It is not very often I try a $18 bottle and say I would pay $25, but there are many bottlings that are between $22-$25 dollars that are worth every cent. The J. Daan Pinot Noir is one of them. The wine is smooth with a balanced finish, highlighting raspberry and cherry. This is a blend of three different vineyards. A great deal at $24.

July 18^th 5:00-8:00 This Friday we visit the world of Chardonnay. It is amazing to see the differences that this wine can have around the world. The wine can be aged in 100% new oak, only in stainless steel, or anywhere between. This is why it is important to have an understanding of which style of Chardonnay you enjoy. The wines this Friday will highlight many different styles, yet all of the wines will be 100% Chardonnay.
