The Other Italian Tasting
Last week we tasted different French wines that made me think about doing an Italian tasting that breaks away from the norm. The tasting is packed with interesting, yet good wines. The wines being featured vary in style, the first white wine is put into the orange wine category. The wine is made of white varietals that see extended skin contact giving it a none clear presence. The last wine is a new release of a very popular dessert style wine from Piedmont, a Brachetto d’Acqui. Either way, the tasting will give us many educational, enjoyable, and unique drinking experiences.
